I know for a fact that black ops and black ops 2 zombies are split screen. I'm not sure about the rest. From my experience, Black Ops 1&2 had split screen zombies maybe 3 too since it had split screen campaign. Cod Ghost has the alien game mode and if I remember correctly that also has split screen.
